Step Two

We review and quote you

You'll hear back from us within 24 hours — usually faster. We'll confirm the details, flag anything that might affect the print, and send you a clear quote with material, turnaround time, and total cost. No hidden fees.

You're talking to the person running the printer — not a support bot or intermediary. If something's unclear or you want to adjust your order, just reply to the email.

Step Three

We print your order

Once you approve the quote, your job goes into the queue. Every print runs on a Bambu Lab P1S — a high-accuracy enclosed printer that delivers consistent results at 0.1–0.3mm resolution. We'll keep you posted on progress and send a photo before shipping.

Step Four

It arrives at your door

Your print is packaged carefully and shipped directly to you. Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the order — most catalog items ship within 3–5 business days. Larger or multi-piece orders may take a bit longer; we'll always give you an honest timeline upfront.

Not happy with the result?

If the print doesn't match what was agreed, we'll reprint it. Your satisfaction is the whole point — and because you're talking directly to the maker, it's easy to sort out quickly.

What file formats do you accept?

STL is the most common and works great. We can also work from OBJ files or rough sketches — if you're not sure, just describe what you need and we'll figure it out together.

What's the typical turnaround time?

Most catalog items ship within 3–5 business days. Custom prints depend on complexity — simple one-off parts are often done in 2–3 days. We'll give you a firm timeline with your quote.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No minimums. We print single units and bulk runs alike. If you need 1 or 100, just ask — pricing adjusts accordingly.

What materials are available?

We currently stock PLA (great for visual and decorative prints) and PETG (stronger, better for functional parts). We're open to expanding materials over time — if you need something specific, ask and we'll see what's possible.

Can I get a repeat order of something I've already ordered?

Yes. We keep your print settings on file so repeat orders come out exactly the same — same dimensions, same material, same settings. Just reach out and reference your original order.

Do you ship everywhere?

We ship across the US. If you're outside the US, contact us and we'll check what's possible for your location.
